What is Eucharistic Adoration?

Eucharistic adoration is a form of prayer in which we have the opportunity to come close to Jesus, in the most Holy Sacrament of the Altar. Sitting before Him, one can pray or meditate in a more intimate way because we believe that His true body, blood, soul and divinity is before us.
